Urrrrghhh, don't say that. Sounds like the driver is being implied.On the 17/01/2018, I, the registered keeper of this vehicle, received a PCN on my windscreen acting as a notice to the driver.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
