Great Dentistry Deal!

I'm looking at getting dental work (initally a clean and scale, perhaps a visit to the hygenist too) done.
I'm not familiar with NHS. Are there dentists you can visit whereby the consultation and work will cost you nothing? I realise if there are then they may be hard to register with and obtain an appointment. Are the dentists as good as any other? Do NHS pay 100% or subsidise less?
Another option I was considering is HSA. They offer Health Cash Plans and Dental Care Plans. Both offer 25 -35 pounds on Quidco - and HSA currently have a promotion offering the first month free! I was thinking of effectively cancelling as soon as I join (must give one months notice) therefore you wouldn't pay anything and would have a month in which to claim up to your level's cover! With the Dental section of the Health Cash Plan there are no waiting periods for claiming, can claim up to 150 pounds and there's no excess to pay! PLUS you also recieve a Marks and Sparks gift voucher for referring a friend.. :j ! They get one too!:j
In summary, you earn 35 pounds (Quidco), plus 150 pounds of dentistry work plus a 10 pound gift voucher X 2.. 205.00 POUNDS WORTH!!!
