  • Yes, you seem to be correct - it's only being offered to those who complained.

    I filled in the online complaint form last week and they called me on Monday while I was out then called me back yesterday. Couldn't have been a more polite conversation and the promised £75 was in my a/c within the hour.

    Hi wrongplanet,
    it appears Lloyds aren't even contacting complainants in chronological order of complaint being 'registered'. Mine was finally registered as 5/11/19; received 2 brief update letters up until 19/11/19 (saying they're still looking into it) then NOTHING until they rang me on 9/1/20.
    You did well if you complained in w/c 6/1/20 and received your call on 13/1/20!
