Gladstones court claim - your advice please?

CLAIM DISMISSED!! The Judge found no contract due to the forbidding signage and said even if it could be argued there was a contract, I was not parked but loading. No one attended for the other side, not even Gladstones. It was all over in minutes. I was also awarded £63.90 in costs.
Huge relief! Thank you so much for all your help and advice on this thread and others, which guided me through the process.0 -
