    Yes the dwp have been fully informed about my occupational pension, this is why I discribed it as " reduced esa payments "
    I believe it is contribution award in the care group

    There is no such group as the care group. You are either in the work related activity group or the support group

    Just to confirm that back payments will be made if your tribunal is successful and it is not necessary to produce fit notes unless you want to claim the assessment rate of ESA before the tribunal makes a decision.
