Nilfisk Pressure washer nozzle too concentrated

I have a Nilfisk pressure washer E145.3 there is a nozzle with a brass pipe from which the water comes.
The water is coming out either very straight and concentrated on just one area, or just spraying everywhere with no force. If you look at the nozzle it seems like the brass pipe is just loose inside, not sure if this is normal.
Any ideas the problem?

Nilfisk pressure washers come with two nozzles:
1. Simple spray fan nozzle - the width of the spray is adjustable. This is fine for washing cars and similar.
2, Power speed nozzle - this has an oscillating (or rattling I guess) part. This is for blasting off dirt from patios etc. Do not use this on the car as it'll strip the paintwork off.
Try swapping to the other nozzle. You should have had both in the box.0 -
I'm not sure, but it sounds like the nozzle you describe could be the "rotating pencil jet" attachment ? This is the high-power attachment for cleaning patios etc. If it is this type, then it's quite common for a little bit of grit or something to get stuck inside, preventing the nozzle from rotating like it's supposed to. Try swilling the nozzle out in a bucket of clean water, and give it a bit of a scrub with an old toothbrush - this usually does the trick for me.0

i think I only had nozzle 2, as it was a refurb. I'm cleaning stone so the power is what I want. But I'll try cleaning it.0
