Virgin homephones and 0870 numbers?

Hi
i have got myself a virgin home phone, and it says that all landline calls are free, does that mean it will include free calls to 0870 and 084 lines too??

Try reading the small print

Unlimited* calls
Your Virgin Phone M, L and XL package gives you unlimited* calls to UK landlines (that's numbers beginning with 01, 02 or 03).
