Enduring power of attorney

I have got an enduring power of attorney for my son. He likes to travel a lot and I registered it to the bank so that I can manage his account online etc. I hate it when I get letters addressed to him and my name as poa is this the normal? Does anybody know whether I can ask the bank if my name could just be removed on the account? I do not want to revoke it just remove my name as an attorney on his account. I have asked the bank but am getting conflicting information. Thanks

I have Enduring POA for my aunt, which I use as she is in a nursing home. However, on a recent visit to the bank, they (Lloyds) can change the way the statements are addressed, but this will change nothing on the account and how it works.
    Hope this helps.

Thanks I will ask Nationwude to change the way the statement is addressed but will leave it in place. As he travels a lot it is handy e.g when he got his credit cloned without his knowing I was able to deal with the bank on his behalf.
