Enduring power of attorney

I have got an enduring power of attorney for my son. He likes to travel a lot and I registered it to the bank so that I can manage his account online etc. I hate it when I get letters addressed to him and my name as poa is this the normal? Does anybody know whether I can ask the bank if my name could just be removed on the account? I do not want to revoke it just remove my name as an attorney on his account. I have asked the bank but am getting conflicting information. Thanks

I have Enduring POA for my aunt, which I use as she is in a nursing home. However, on a recent visit to the bank, they (Lloyds) can change the way the statements are addressed, but this will change nothing on the account and how it works.
Hope this helps.0 -
Thanks I will ask Nationwude to change the way the statement is addressed but will leave it in place. As he travels a lot it is handy e.g when he got his credit cloned without his knowing I was able to deal with the bank on his behalf.0
