HSBC "Voice Recognition" Password Problem

Has anybody recently else found it's stopped recognising your voice?
Same phone, same voice level.
I've tried twice now (on different days) and it still says it can go through.
Thought I'd ask here to see if others have had the same problem. The next time I'll hang on when it says it'll put me through to an adviser.

Still got the same problem. Tried two different phones at work and neither were successful.
I rang them when it first happened and they said the voice was too soft but that makes no sense as I'm using the same phone and am speaking at the same volume.0 -
I haven't tried. In fact I have deliberately avoided registering for the service. I remain unconvinced about the whole idea, so your point just adds to my doubt.0
