Bought house- drive faulty - do I have any rights?

    I was quoted £900 for my drive and I baulked at that!

    Cost? A bit of hardcore or sand.

    Your rights are that it's now your drive and you can do what you want with it.

    spreading is not a lack of sub base depth, it is a failure of the edges to stop stuff moving sideways

    i laid my own driveway 19 years ago and put in "proper" kerb edging. The only issue now is 4 slight depressions caused by the wheels of the 6 ton vehicle habitually parked in that same spot day after day.
