Fairly straightforward complaint (although they took it right up to the due date for each part of the complaint) and just received £5,800 for an account I've had with Littlewoods for around 18 years!

The original poster's situation is not applicable to yours as the payout will be based on how much they held over the course of their card, how much they paid back etc, each situation is unique, you'll get what you're owed if the firm have admitted it was miss-sold and what someone else got has no impact on that (e.g. if you were offered 50p you can't say "oh so and so got 5800 back, why is mine so low?")Ladysarah123 wrote: »Hi I'm in a process with shopdirect waiting for my calculations can I ask how much did you have owing on your account please.
