On 13 Feb you posted about CWI and this ran to two pages. It seems to have petered out now. Now you return with a fresh post to start matters again. What more do you want folks to say? Would it not be less time consuming for you just to make a simple application to CIGA to register a complaint? An email and about two or three sentences should do it - hardly rocket science.0

yes you are right .
however ,although it was discussed in my previous post, i am still researching which is the best way to go about this and i came across 'civalli' and was wondering if anyone else has had any dealings with them and if it was worth going thrugh them initially as many peeople say that they are just fobbed off by cigaNice to save.0 -
I do not know if civalli will take your case on board. I picture the folks as a group of consumers who are campaigning against wrongs that have been done. I suspect there is vast knowledge within them, and some will be more clued up than others. You have nothing to loose by giving them a ring and engaging with them.
I suggest you go down this route then give feedback to all us forum users. Collectively we could all learn something through this. So go for it, and put your campaigning hat on!0
