Throwing money at your solicitor won't make your ex do what he's supposed to do, sadly.
There'a really good book aimed at those self-representing or doing most of the work themselves, it's called "DIY Divorce and Separation - The Expert Guide to Representing Yourself", it's written by a team of family law barristers, and it is a very useful and helpful resource for people in similar situations to yourself. Might be worth a look?0 -
