Chromecast - device not optimised

Just bought a chromecast to use with my galaxy tab s2 tablet and want to cast screen screen mirror but in google home it keeps saying device not optimised.
The device is running the latest version of android.
Anyone got idea what could be the problem?

Unfortunately many devices don't support screen mirroring in Chromecast. I've tested two phones and neither work, you get the same message about device not optimised. You can only use Apps that have Chromecast ability added.Changing the world, one sarcastic comment at a time.0

When you get the message 'not optimised' have you tried just clicking 'OK' and then carry on and click 'Cast Screen'? I'm sure that's how we got one working (Not mine).....So, basically ignoring the message...;)Drinking Rum before 10am makes you
