Which Insurance Providers cover gadgets over £2500

I recently purchased a very expensive laptop (retail price is £2749) however it isnt listed on any insurance website / their max cover value is £2000-£2500 (it has only been on sale in the UK for ~3 weeks).
My question is, which companies would be able to insure my laptop and would they cover multiple devices?
