What is the cheapest way to use a BT Payphone in the UK? Dialling direct seems to incur a minimum charge of 40 pence and using phone cards seems to incur a cost of 15 pence imposed by BT.
Doers anybody know of a phone card for which BT does not impose tjhis 15 pence connection charge?
