very old barclaycard claim- is it worthwhile?

I recently used the resolver tool to instigate some PPI claims on various cards/loans i have had. The oldest is for a Barclaycard i had some 30 years ago, i have no records of it whatsoever. Barclaycard have written back also saying they cannot find any details. Is it worth pursuing any further or is it too old to bother with?

How do you propose to "pursue" this?

If no records of this finance are held by the Bank (and you don't have any yourself) then any "complaint" has stalled before it's begun. This is the same for any PPI, regardless of it's age.
