I had that problem before, I contacted them and it turns out the username / email is case sensitive and I registered using first letter in caps, after that had no problems logging in ever since

I'm also having lots of problems. When I try to log in it saysyou have not yet activated your account. I know I have because I've logged in before. I can't create another account because it says I'm already registered.

Exactly the same with me... Already registered but haven't received the email to confirm.. Very frustrating
