No
Read up in the Newbies FAQ on the futility of sppeals to IPC companies and why you should not take it forward to their " independent" appeals system0 -
AAlso is there no way to email my appeal, just want this gone. Fell like letter sending takes too long
And on the uk cpm it says if I appeal and its unsecsessfull I will have to pay full parking charge 100£ for each one.
Or is this just a scare tactic as it feels that way
You don't have to pay at all! Unless eventually ordered to by a judge!
Appeals to IPC companies are futile. As already advised you need to get up to speed on the game you are now caught up in by going through the Newbies FAQ thread0 -
Throughout here you are advised never to reveal who was driving
You need to edit your op to remove details of who was driving
The ppcs monitor this forum and can use your posts against you0 -
I hope you are clear now, to post 1st class at a local PO counter and get a free 'certificate of posting', and NOT to use recorded or special delivery that requires a signature.
Doesn't take a genius to guess why not...PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
