    You don't have to pay at all! Unless eventually ordered to by a judge!

    Appeals to IPC companies are futile. As already advised you need to get up to speed on the game you are now caught up in by going through the Newbies FAQ thread

    Throughout here you are advised never to reveal who was driving

    You need to edit your op to remove details of who was driving

    The ppcs monitor this forum and can use your posts against you
