Hi mser’s
As i’m due to start working some additional hours which initially will be claimed as overtime.
Could the extra effect working tax credits as they are currently based on my part time salary.hours
I’ll be working maybe 7.5 hrs or 1day extra then maybe try 5 days full time in a few weeks as I could be allowed to return to a fulll time contract all going well though that will be a few weeks time.
I have been 3 days 7.5hrs past year approx.
I appreciate if successful in a return to full time then I’ll certainly be calling WTC to report my new salary.

Any additional income could affect your claim. It depends on how this year's income compares to last years.

I agree my salary is almost half of 2017 though not quite.
Is it best I report next few weeks overtime to WTC .
I prefer to avoid any potential overpayment suprise re claim scenario.

If you believe the estimate you've already given them for this year's income will be different then yes you should inform them. You'll probably want to call again in the new tax year with an estimate for 2018/19.

Thanks extra earnings wont be until April wage.
I’ll call wtc and let them know what extra I may have earned from next few weeks.
My 201819 estimate could depend on a full tim return being authorised,I’ll be advised maybe in 6 weeks time approx.
    Appreciate your kind advice Darksparkle
