Bank charging for unecessary solicitors work

Can't seem to stop my bank charging for solicitors as an unrelated party that doesn't affect my flat temporarily didn't pay the block's ground rent, which was resolved in a couple of weeks in November. after registering a complaint they have not dealt with it, but continue to charge fees to my account to look into why I am complaining. They have charged me £3000 so far!!! Can anyone help? I am getting nowhere and stressed at the additional debt and it is now March.

The bank isn't an unrelated party though. As your lender they have a material interest.0
