Help-Dads travel agent has gone bust

My Dad has booked to go to Tenerife next year and his Travel agent has gone bust. It is Abta registered. What does he have to do now.

He should contact the holiday company to make sure that the booking is in place. If it is, then his travel arrangements should continue unaffected. If not he should contact his credit card company if he paid that way. Failing that he should contact the ABTA claims department. All the details are on the page i linked to above.0
