Finding a Will in South Africa

Hi, I hope someone can help...
Is there an online register of wills for South Africa, accesible in the UK? I would like to find details of a Will in Eastern Cape, date of death June 2017.

You should be able to search online for a will in South Africa via the South African Registry of Wills and Testaments' website.

I'm getting a "403 - Forbidden!" notice for that site, presumably because i'm in the UK?
