Switching From Satander

Having recently switched from Satander to Halifax, I am a bit puzzled that my account is still viewable on Satander web site?
Has anyone found similar after switching, as the account should have been closed 3 days ago

Give them a call, I've always found their CS agents to be helpful. (Ducks to avoid incoming).
I came into this world with nothing and I've got most of it left.

I guess it is to allow you to check your history which is a good thing.

NatWest delete accounts immediately so if I switch or close an account I would no longer have 7 years of transaction history even if I still had other NatWest accounts.
