in How much have you saved?
After my recent success with McDonald's (posted on the 5 star board), I decided to ask for recompense from my broadband supplier.

They supplied me (a new customer) with a faulty modem but wouldn't acknowledge or accept it until I'd made several calls to their help desk.

I eventually got a replacement new modem. I asked for recompense and got a month's free broadband.

    Well done Nile. May I ask who which BB provider you're with? I think its rubbish that they were so lax with customer service in the first place.
