Natwest log in issues on MAC

Hello all, everyhting is working fine on my mac - i bank with natwest and for last couple of weeks I cannot get onto the online banking on any of my browsers (opera, safari or chrome) I did manage to log on via safari today but once logged in the clicker would not open any things ie statement etc - this is the type of error I get - I have not knowling changed anything else, every other site and online banking is fine but not with natwest can any one help? The connection was reset.
Try: Checking the connection Checking the proxy and the firewall Running Network Diagnostics Check your internet connection. Check any cables and reboot any routers, modems, or other network devices you may be using.
Allow Opera to access the network in your firewall or antivirus settings. If it is already listed as a program allowed to access the network, try removing it from the list and adding it again.
If you use a proxy server… Check your proxy settings or contact your network administrator to make sure the proxy server is working. If you don't believe you should be using a proxy server: Go to Applications > System Preferences > Network > Advanced > Proxies and deselect any proxies that have been selected.
