When will we get our deposit back

Our Tenancy ended and we handed our keys back on 23rd Feb. We have since heard nothing about our deposit and an email has gone unanswered.

Like I said, there is no minimum or maximum timeframe in law.

What you've posted may be your experience, but it has no bearing on anyone else.
