My husband has been working for a company for 11 years and company not doing to good.
he worked three days a week doing 27 hrs and has been knocked down a day losing 6 more hours. It looks like the company is struggling how will he stand with redundancy payments with him losing days

AFAIK, the redundancy package will be based on hours/salary at the point of redundancy.0
