How and where can I upload a video (.mp4) such that someone else can stream it without having to download it? I've just signed up to Dropbox but it seems to me the URL I can give someone to access th .mp4 file will just download it. So is there a youtube-like facility which is easy to use and free?

There's a really good YouTube-like facility that allows you to do this. It's called YouTube

When you upload the video you can set it so only people who know the link can access it.0 -

Either You Tube or Google Photos are good suggestions.I shot a vein in my neck and coughed up a Quaalude.
