Ikea kitchen paint peeling

We bought our kitchen from Ikea seven years ago and for the last couple of years the paint has started to flake and peel in several different places.
We contacted Ikea and they sent out their "independent" assessors, who agreed that it was a manufacturing fault and should be replaced.
Ikea responded quickly initially and offered us a choice of three different styles of doors etc, none of which were like the faulty doors, but agreed to accept a gloss white set. We were then informed that they didn't have all the door sizes in stock and would we accept bigger doors!
We explained our fitted kitchen was designed around their sizing and that we couldn't take oversized doors, then Ikea went very quiet.
After several attempts to get a resolution I emailed the UK CEO, and got a rapid response from someone else in Ikea, saying that as they couldn't supply all the doors, they would offer us £285.00 to clear the claim.
We declined it as the cost of the doors was greater than the offer and took no account for the fitting of the subsequent replacements we found.
Does anyone have any idea where we stand with this issue? We have a scabby looking fitted kitchen, (with a 25 year g'tee) carcasses that Ikea no longer produce doors for and an insufficient offer of compensation.

If you google Faktum kitchen doors, you'll find several sites regarding people looking to improve/repair their previous generation Ikea kitchens.
https://superfront.com/uk/faktum-kitchen would be an option, although rather costly, with costs of making and transporting new doors. It would, however, give you a true cost of rectifying the issues, as a bargaining tool, with Ikea.
