I Need Your HELP what do i Buy for a 4 year olds Birthday

Hi ALL,

My littel girl as been invited to a 4 year old little girls Birthday Party. This girl attends the same nursery as my daughter. I dont know her at all.

They are holding the Birthday in like a Wacky warehouse sort of place.

Ok my question is what do we buy the little girl, any ideas would be great. Ideally i only want to spend about £5.

Many Thanks

Donna xx

If i have posted this in the wrong place im sorry, didnt know where to put it.

    Hi Fufu

try going to the bookpeople website(through quidco) and there are lots of good books for a girl her age,and there is a code for free delivery on the discounts and codes part of this forum.

alternatively reading a lovely book to our 2 and 4 year olds called Lost & Found by Oliver Jeffers which is brilliant and very appropriate for that age.

    Hi,
I always buy books or craft type activity sets. My daughter's 5 and we've been to many parties this year and all her friends have been happy with the presents she's given them.
lost my way but now I'm back ! roll on 2013

Ask your daughter, take her to Asda or Tesco and let her choose the present. I would think that your daughter is probably the best judge of what a girl of that age would like. Thats what I do with my DD.

play doh or duplo usually go down well, or anything pink and girly. poundshop have some sticker sets and activity sets in which are very good value and usually pretty good value too. i never go above £5 for gifts.

Hi my neighbour has a girl that age and she loves dressing up, make-up,Barbie,hair accesories and anything pink!!:)
This is a good time of year to get little girls make up sets(i usually go to Boots/Superdrug)and i know Avon used to do girls make-up!Last year i also got a wee backpack full of bobbles, clips etc and that was around £3-£4!!My cousin also has a little girl that age i just called her and she said you are bound to find something in Claire's Accesories(on most high streets i would think)
Hope this helps happy shopping and Good Luck!!:D

  • A little more expensive, but take a look at the personalised teddies at http://www.sendit.co.uk . A great present for a 4 year old.

My daughter and her friends have just turned 4 and the popular present this year was "My little pony"

The single ponies are £4.99 each and are on 3 for 2 at Toys R Us if you wanted to stock up and asve some for your own daughter!
