Indigo railway "penalty notice" - appeal rejected

Had been meaning to come back here to give an update, but time passes quickly it seems and it has been a while. Nothing ever came of it, the 6 months expired and the intimidation letters stopped. So after that I did send them an email to tell them that their bullying and intimidation didn't work, and that I was minded to complain to the police about that. I did actually mention that to the local beat policeman (we still have one, just) who strongly advised talking to my solicitor before going down that route. I don't have a solicitor, so left it at that. Hopefully the email caused some degree of annoyance to Indigo though. I was mildly concerned that they might ban me from the car park, but they didn't, and since October I haven't used their car park anyway.
Thanks again.3 -
