Viewings and property checks without any notice

We’ve moved out from the property about 3 weeks ago, but the contract expires at 14.03. Today I had a phone call from the agency that I should clean up the flat because they do a lot of viewings. I was really surprised about it since no one, since we’ve moved out, haven’t informed us about any viewings. Then another phone from the agent that they also did a property inspection.
Since our contract says that they have to give us 24 hour notice to view the property aren’t they breaching a contract? I have no idea who and how often had an access to the flat since we’ve moved out. I’d really appreciate any advice.

Did you make them aware you had moved out early? Otherwise I'm not sure of the legalities but should be at least 24 hours notice (check your tenancy agreement)

Sure we did, they new that we’ve moved out. Contract says that they should give us 24 hour notification prior viewing.

Phone the agent and remind them;

(a) property inspections require notice (At least 24 hours, written)
(b) so do viewings (if they're permitted in your contract)
(c) the purpose of property inspections is to check it's being adequately maintained, not see how tidy it is.
(d) you don't want to be obstructive, but they're clearly taking the P155 and you won't tolerate that.
(e) the property will be handed back at the end of the tenancy in the condition it was originally let, minus wear and tear.
