Apollo Slab tech worktops

Hi hope someone can help,
I am in the process of planning my dream kitchen and really like the looks of the Apollo slab tech worktops through wicks or benchmark but have heard that they scratch and mark really easily.
If anyone has any experience of these I would be really grateful if you could let me know thoughts or experiences. I was wanting to go with Polar white as less prone to scratches.
