Warning Scam Online Success Academy Ltd

Me and my wife worked at the same place for almost 10 years and we both have lost our jobs. Not a lot of work around this area so we thought we would start a internet business. I spent £450 on a travel affiliate website and an extra £47 for the hosting and domain name for the year!

Chris Fennell the owner of Online Success Academy Ltd convinced me over the telephone in week two after watching the training videos ill be earning at lease £2000 a month. Yes, I understand no website is a get rich quick money maker but Chris mentioned he has unique skills to drive targeted traffic to the site.

I looked on Google Reviews and seen some good comments before parting with my money. Three weeks later I thought I should dig deeper into these reviews and found out they are fake.

Bert Lewis & Eric Moreau who have left a review have left a review on the same businesses even though they live thousands of miles apart.. I thought I was dealing with a honest company but feel cheated and scammed by Success Academy Ltd.

How can I get my money back from these guys ? I paid by bank transfer!

You might want to ask the board guide to move this to an appropriate board for more specific help.

You won't get your money back is the short answer. You could try a small claims (MCOL) https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/684567/MCOL_Userguide_for_Claimants_August_2017.pdf have a read to see if you have everything you need to start a claim.

What makes you think reviews of an internet company is dodgy just because the users are miles apart?

Is it because one of the users orders fresh perishable items from the US but left feedback for a plumber and an aerial installer who just happen to have the same address, or feedback for some device in France?

Maybe they own 3 homes? Peckham, Paris & New York?
And all because of their website?

Plenty of warnings about them online.

I also got ripped off by Chris Fennell. I can't believe he's allowed to continue trading.
I purchased a website in January, I was told it would take a week to build. 4 months later he quickly copied another one of his sites and changed an image. The site doesn't work properly, he doesn't respond to emails or calls.
He told me in April he was going out of business to avoid paying a refund. I find out now that he is still trading and still using the same scam.
Conman, disgusting human being.
