Hi. Just wondered if anyone has advice or experience of living with a non UK resident and how it affects pre existing benefits.
Single working mother claiming WTC and CTC - if I cohabited with a member of a visiting armed force, currently here in the UK on a 5 year no access to public funds visa would it affect my current benefit status??

Income related benefits will be affected. Despite the partner not having access to public funds their income is taken into account because IR benefits are based on household income.0
