Granny Annexe & moving the Driveway

Hello
I'm hoping you good folk at MSE can give me some advice
I live in Chadwell Heath, RM6. My house comes under the London Borough of Redbridge.
I'm thinking of building a 1 bed Granny Annexe (GA) to the side of my house. Has anyone had any recent experience with Redbridge planning department, to get a GA approved? Is there anything I should be aware of?
The GA will be 24ft x 11ft & 240ft2 (aprox measurements). Could anyone advise what kind of construction costs I could be looking at for a basic/simple/cheap build? The GA shower/kitchen will share the wall with the kitchen in the main house, if that makes a difference.
Lastly, to do this, I'll need to move the driveway at the side of my house, to the front of the house. Assuming it gets approved, what kind of costs do the council charge for this kind of work?
Many thanks in in advance

Hiya
I'm guessing there's no answers because pricing a build has too many variables?
But does anyone have any ideas of the below?Lastly, to do this, I'll need to move the driveway at the side of my house, to the front of the house. Assuming it gets approved, what kind of costs do the council (Redbridge) charge for this kind of work?

Anyone had a driveway installed recently? How much did the council charge to physically drop the kerb etc.?
Thanks in advance0 -
I think the cost of dropping the kerb will be a drop in the ocean compared to building a flat and driveway!0

Did you read the thread about installing a dropped kerb?(Nearly) dunroving0

Plus the post has been bounced after 11 days. During these 11 days OP could have phoned, googled, or emailed the local council to answer the cost of a drop kerb.
As for all the rest, the post is absurd, which is why there has been no response. To get a response one needs to engage an Architect, not anonymous crystal ball gazers on this forum who have no idea what the proposed development will look like.0
