They've already taken £25?? That's fantastic news for you!!!

Their T&Cs are only valid for STATUTORY tickets ie police or council...everything else is simply an invoice from some minimum wage retard in a hi-vis vest...and the hireco has no right to share your data with them...

Tell them you want the money back or you'll sue them for a DP breach ....you should come out about £200 better off.

Don't call them...email or letter [paper trail for court papers...not that it will get there, they will pay up the £200 + refund well before then]....
