PPI on overdraft (Barclays)

I've just had a payment on PPI added to my Barclays current account overdraft facility.

I would urge everyone to check to see if they ever had any PPI on their overdraft, especially if you were a student in the mid to late 90s. I put in my claim 2 weeks ago and have just been paid. You don't need to know for sure, but you'd like them to check and see if it was applied.

I can't comment on the procedures of other banks, but am amazed how swiftly this was resolved.

Just got a reply back saying I have PPI on my overdraft from 2006.

Simply having PPI does not mean you were mis-sold it, of course. The OP will have been refunded because he or she was a student and so the insurance was of no use.

What is your complaint going to be?
