ATOM bank fixed rate maturing

I am guessing a lot of others are in the same boat with this fixed rate marturing over the next few days.

I haven't had my options yet.

Is it literally a few days prior maturity?

Do they offer better rates or are they the same as on their website?

The 1 year fixed has had a rate drop.

Yes Indeed Atom Bank have reduced their rates.

1 Year Bond .. was 1.95% .. now 1.80%

2 Year Bond .. was 2.10% .. now 2.00%

Bonds that have now moved to the top of the tree for the same period.

Masthaven .. 1 year .. 1.90%

Ikano .. 2 year .. 2.10%

I'd posted on this later than you as I missed your post., you don't get your options until 3 days before maturity of bond.
I'm used to getting options on other bonds/ISA's etc a lot sooner than 3 days!

I have opened another 1 yr with them to start when the other matures, however they do give you the option to cancel within that time frame.

When the 1yr bond matures, can you move the money direct into a new bond, or does it have to be paid into your nominated account and from here sent back to Atom to the new bond?


Shawbrook can't reinvest - it has to be paid out and then paid back in again which is a pain. Was wondering if Atom were the same

I'm at both and was able to move from one fixed rate to another without having to pay to linked account first.
