Seller no longer registered user

I purchased a bottle of perfume for £30 last night and paid via paypal. less than an hour later I noticed that the seller was no longer a registered user. Now what? :mad:

I contacted ebay and paypal

Do you think I will get my money back?

The seller had such a good feedback record as well I am so careful about theses things.

Hi
There are many reasons a seller gets NARU'd
Try emailing the seller or pull his contact details and give him a ring
If all else fails you can do a charge back via paypal if youdont get the good you have won

In paypal click on the details of that transaction and at the bottom there is " Need help? If you have problems with a transaction or would like assistance settling a dispute with your seller, visit the Resolution Centre."
and follow the destructions.
But i would give the seller a chance he might not have paid his fees on time as you sya he has good feedback try mailing him first or ringing

I requested the persons details and tried to ring but the person was at work. I did lodge a dispute with paypal and ebay. but these can be cancelled if the seller comes through.

I just panicked hopefully things will work out

maybe person has been taken off ebay for reasons that are not there fault.such as someone has hacked there account .hopefully they got your address and might send you iteam.if you have there email address or phone number contact them and ask them.hope you get it sorted
