Need software to clean up ipad, please.

Yesterday, I installed "clean sweep" to my samsung A5 phone and found it to be easy to set up and have in such a short time, found it to be excellent, in that the phone runs faster/smoother.
My ipad on the other hand, is now sluggish. I'm wondering if anyone can recommend software which after installing, will be equally as effective.

Backup any data you want to keep. Reset you iPad to factory defaults. Reinstall any apps you want.
Those optimisation apps on Android are very dubious BTW.0
