Martin's budget planning tool?

When will Martin's budget planning tool come back on this website? It says on here it is currently under construction, I don't know how long that's been the case. I wanted it to help a family member. There was a link to print out a paper copy, which I've done, and also a spreadsheet version, but I've never really used spreadsheets before, might take me a while to learn how.

I remember doing an earlier version on the site years ago, it was fun in a way (waiting to see if you got a red or green button!) and very useful. Have probably slipped up a bit with my budgeting since, and it would be very useful to have it back for many people I'm sure. Also for newbies it would be just the way to get them started on money saving.

Will it be any time soon, MSE?
