Prime card troubles

I have trouble getting credit cards because I am a carer. I am not employed even tho I work more hours than most people. I need to buy things on the net and purchased a prime card. I paid £13.00 for it and called to get it registered. I had £10 to spend on the card. The £3 was for the card. , I found most places were confused by it. I couldn't use it on the net because it wouldn't work on the net. I bought a book in an out of the way place, but it left me with £1.50 on the card. I called to be able to recharge it, and spend 45 minutes on the phone only to be told I had only spent 5 minutes on the phone. I was told it was recharged, don't worry. I went to put £10 on it and it wouldn't work. After spending another 20 on the phone, they said I needed to have £2 to recharge it, but since I didn't have it in the account I couldn't recharge it and couldn't use it again. I am furious. I need some way of buying on the net.

Hello. I also could not get credit card in uk and I buy a prime prepaid mastercard a long time ago. I buy a prime because I go home to turkey a lot see my relatvies and it is lot cheapr to buy my plane ticket by internet than in travel shop. I use my card on net a lot to buy tickets from airline and do not have problem, card work always. The card has always be acepted for payment, no problem. I use it in tesco and morrison to buy shopping and only one time in last year has somebody asked me about the card, I tell them its mastercard and they accept it with no more question.

Now I make the card upgrade reloadable and put money on at start of each month to pay for my travels and food money, very easy and cheapr, 2 pound for upgrade so im very hapy. For me it works as good as credit card, i not now what i do with out it.

I have advise for you - if customer phone is busy, send email, this is very quick and save time, quick reply:j .
