Wickes kitchen order cancellation

hi guys
I bought a kitchen in-store at Wickes last week. I paid £500 deposit. Its being delivered in mid-April but my wife has seen another kitchen she likes(!!!)
Am I able to cancel the order and get my deposit back? I cant find the cancellation terms for Wickes Kitchens!

You can ask but if this is linked to another thread on here then as it was bought in store you are reliant on the shops T&C's.


There is no automatic right when purchasing in store.

I can only find Wickes website's T&Cs. Do you have a link to cancelling an order made in store? thanks.

You’ve no right to cancel due to a change of mind.

Actually you can. You can cancel up to 72 hours before delivery.

Indeed - I spoke to them this morning (they were very helpful) and confirmed you can cancel up to 72 hours before delivery.

Yes. I asked them specifically and they confirmed Id get my deposit back.
