I have a dodgy "i" key, so ignore spelling errors due to "i" issues, ...I blame Apple :D
  • Please judge my Don"t Get Ripped Off article by it's grammar. The content is what most people want. My time is spent solving mechanical issues rather than studying grammar. The Grammar expert on this thread needs to take his car to a dealership and get ripped off while reading a book. l hope my article saves genuine enthusiasts plenty of cash.

As jbreen says all dpf cars should have a level gauge fitted to dash, having looked for a "new" car for Mrs & one for my daughter I stop folks in car parks and ask them what they think about their car (modals I'm thinking about getting), when I speak to folks with diesels many say we use it just round town then once a week/month we go on long trip to big shops, when I say DPF regen's are triggered by when the car is ready not when you are going on long trip,

You mean, "Please don't judge by your grammar ;)

That is part of forgotmyname's signature at the bottom of every post he does, not directed at you.
  • Thanks Mercdriver,
  • How do you find out what your DPF reading number is?
