DLA Appeal reply time...?!

Searched for a while on here to find out what the reply time is to a DLA appeal claim...? Sent it in on September 9th...

    It generally takes a few months for an appeal to get to the tribunal stage.

    If you mean 'How long does a DLA appeal take?', I could only suggest you contact the DLA office and ask them. The DLA office should be able to tell you approx how long your appeal may take.

    As with any benefit appeal, it will depend on how many other appeals, and where, the appeal will be heard. Some locations may be quicker/longer than others.
