Is there anyone here with a Yale Smart Living wireless alarm?
If so then can you tell me if the bell box/outside siren lights blink?
I guess it does when activated but what about the rest of the time.
Thanks

If the bell box is battery powered only then I would say not. We had an older yale wireless alarm(premium) and the LEDs only flashed when arming and disarming.
I think you could buy a flashing led kit for the dummy box, try ebay.0 -
I bought a flashing LED kit from eBay as mentioned above and fitted it to our wireless bell box (Not a Yale one)
I replace the battery every 2-3 years as and when I replace the main bell battery in it0 -
Thanks for the replies,
I'll grab an LED kit and fingers crossed its bright enough to make any sort of difference!
FWIW I checked out all the house alarm boxes when walking the dog last night and I think the only alarm box that screamed to me 'dont break in here' was one with a REALLY large and bright flashing red light. I could hardly see the piddly LEDs on some boxes.
But, the intention is persuade burglars to go elsewhere so its worth the small cost just incase it does make a difference.0
