Hi
I'm trying the Plevin route for a DFS PPI claim for my deceased parents.
I went through the resolver tool and got the following reply
Good Afternnon,
Thank you for your recent email,
Please be aware all Plevin (undisclosed commission complaints) are dealt with by the finance company directly. Please forward your complaint to them to action.
Kind regards

I have the account number but no other paperwork as it was 6 years ago, I know they may not even have there detail on file because of the time. I have no idea who the finance company would have been in 2012. Are DFS trying it on as I read in another forum not related to DFS that due to the fact DFS sold me the finance then it is their responsibility. Does this sound right?
Any help would be much appreciated:cool:

Plevin is not a mis-selling issue and complaints should be directed at the lender, so their response appears to be correct.0
