Downstairs loo with door in supporting wall

Hi, I am having a downstairs loo put in but it's a bit more complicated than usual. I need the door to be carved into an existing supporting wall, and a stud wall put up around the loo, creating a new room.
For this I've been quoted around £9,000, which seems high?
